Entrants may enter for all three awards. Each person may receive no more than one award.
50% ADA Behind Bars Scholarship
One winner will receive a professional-development scholarship equal to 50% of the applicable tuition for:
ADA Behind Bars: Legal Obligations, Operational Solutions, and Risk Management
- Dates: October 26–28, 2026
- Location: Conway, South Carolina
- Scholarship: 50% of the applicable registration tuition
- Recipient responsibility: The remaining tuition and all travel-related expenses
Two Complimentary Shield Thursdays
One winner will receive complimentary individual registration for two eligible Shield Thursdays programs offered during 2027.
Two live virtual training programs
- Format: Live virtual training
- Use period: Eligible Shield Thursdays offered during 2027
- Registration: One individual attendee
- Restrictions: Nontransferable and not redeemable for cash

Submit one entry for the opportunity to receive one of three professional-development awards.
One entry per person. Marketing consent should be optional and should not be required as a condition of entering or receiving an award.

Eligibility
Open to eligible attendees of the 2026 South Carolina Jail Administrators Association Conference who are at least 18 years old, subject to all restrictions in the Official Rules.
Entry limit
Only one valid entry is permitted per person. Duplicate entries may be removed before the drawing.
Three winners
Three separate winners will be selected. A person may receive no more than one award.
Random drawing
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the entry period closes.
Agency approval
A selected winner is responsible for obtaining any approval required by the winner’s employing agency.
No cash substitution
Awards are nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be used only as described in the Official Rules.
