Join Shield Public Safety Training for an intensive, 2.5-day program designed to help correctional professionals understand and apply the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in jails and detention facilities.
This practical training focuses on federal ADA requirements, Ninth Circuit case law, reasonable modifications, accessibility, effective communication, operational decision-making, documentation, and institutional risk management.

Exclusive MCSO Tuition: $425 Per Attendee
In recognition of its role as the host agency, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office personnel receive an exclusive tuition rate of $425 per attendee, regardless of the number of employees registered.
